With key speakers from both England and Wales and from across the world who help us explore what the practice of Synodality looks like, in our own communities.
'A European Perspective' with Geert De Cubber
Geert De Cubber is an episcopal delegate (the title for someone who is an episcopal vicar but who is not a priest) for catechesis, youth and families in the Diocese of Gent, Belgium. He was also appointed the diocesan coordinator for the synodal process (2021-2024). In February he was a Belgian delegate in the European Assembly in Prague. Pope Francis appointed him as a witness of the continental stage and non-bishop Member of the Synod of Bishops on synodality. Geert De Cubber is a permanent deacon, married, and father of three sons.
